Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy
The minimum number of hours of booking for studio rental is 2 hours. The studio charges hourly. Any booking that exceeds an hour will be charged for the following hour. Any extension to the booked rental period will require approval from Dinamika Photo Studio and is subject to availability.
Cancellation Policy
To receive a full refund, renters must cancel at least 14 days in advance before the booked rental date. Any cancellation made later than that will only be 50% refundable.
Change in Booking Date
Any change request in the booked rental date will incur $30 fee and is subject to availability of slots.
Damage of Studio Space & Equipment
The studio equipment can be used by renters at no additional charge. Renters are to handle all equipment with care. Renters are liable for any damage to the studio space and equipment. Any cost for repair or replacement of any damaged equipment are to be borne by the renters.
Cleaning & Maintenance
We do not charge cleaning fee. It is the renter’s responsibilities to maintain the cleanliness and order of the studio space. Renters are to return any furniture and equipment to its original position before leaving the studio.
Copyright & Privacy
By being in the studio, you give consent to having your photos and videos taken to be used for our marketing purposes. Do inform us via WhatsApp 89213298 if you wish to be opted out of this.
Studio Rules
Renters are to abide by the studio rules during the rental period. Renters are liable to a fine of SGD $500 if they fail to abide by the following studio rules.
No smoking or vaping
No excessive noise
No alcohol
No shoes allowed in the studio (except at photoshoot area & for photoshoot purposes only)
Eating & drinking is allowed but please keep the studio clean
Ensure all the lights and aircons are switched off before leaving the studio
At the end of rental period, renters are to clear all trash and dispose off the trash bag outside
at the big bin.
