How do I register for the photoshoot?
Registration can be made via our booking form. We will WhatsApp you once your booking is confirmed.
Is there a maximum number of people who can be in a photoshoot session?
Yes, we can hold up to 16 pax during each session. Do select the package that matches the number of pax you have.
When can I get the edited digital images?
You can expect to receive the images within 7-14 working days from your photoshoot day.
Can I make payment on the photoshoot day?
No, payment will have to be made during registration to confirm the booking.
Can I get a refund if I cannot make it to the photoshoot?
All payments made are non-refundable. If you wish to reschedule, please inform us at least 3 days before your shoot day. This also depends on availability of slots.
Where is the venue of the photoshoot?
It will be at Dinamika Photo Studio. Full address and directions will be given once booking is confirmed.
Is the venue wheelchair-friendly?
Yes, there are lifts and also a ramp at the venue. Our studio's front door can be open wide too if necessary. The only staircase nearby is the one between the block and the bus stop (Opp Blk 120) so it will only be a concern if you're taking public transport!
